We were told the building we are in is newly renovated. A coat of paint and some newer curtains, to me is not an upgrade. The building next to us, same Club Wyndham property, is under construction, getting its supposed upgrades. We can't sit on our deck because the noise is so loud. We are in room 324b, the very last room of the building and right up against the building under construction. We are Discovery members and were told that we would have all the same benefits as "owners". Not so. Enzo, the concierge, at check in told us he would look into an upgrade for us, and then went on vacation. I never heard from him again. Went to the concierge desk to ask about it but I doubt I will hear back from anyone. He told us we would get a free week, and a $150 gift card for attending a one hour meeting to see how we liked being Discovery members, we were not asked anything about our experience. We were subjected to two hours of high pressure sales. When we went to collect our "gifts" for attending, we were not given the $150 Visa card. When pushed on it they conceded that Enzo didn't put it in the system and had to call him to verify. I had to wait while they interrupted his vacation

The outlets are not working in the bathroom and living room. But other than that everything seems to be ok.

Don't be loud after dark or you'll be kicked out of the pool even though you are constantly told that curfew is 11pm people complain if the kids get to loud. Out side of that rooms are spacious. Gardens are beautiful. Great Pools, they are like bath water. Staff is friendly and have activities daily around noon. Live music & karaoke at the tiki bar. Great beach front for snorkeling and boogie boarding. Kids had a blast. Short 10-15 min walk from the pier (shops, food & bars)

Convenient- they removed my review from February 2024....,we booked a 2 bedroom a year in advance for 2 couples and when we got there all they had was 2 hotel rooms. They didn't offer a refund or any compensation! Don't trust this place - THEY LIED!!

Omg the room was to die for we had 2 adults 3 kids and all the kids had their own beds which made our week Saturday so enjoyable but glad we didn't have a beach view because it was disgusting but the marina view was beautiful
